For more than a decade, Matthew has been actively acquiring, renovating, developing, and financing residential and commercial investment properties. After building a successful real estate portfolio and overseeing millions of dollars in renovation and development projects, he transitioned into private lending to help other investors gain access to fast, flexible, and reliable capital.
As the founder of QuickBridge Equity, Matthew specializes in bridge loans, fix-and-flip financing, DSCR loans, construction lending, and commercial real estate financing. His firsthand experience as an investor, developer, and general contractor allows him to understand the challenges borrowers face and structure financing solutions that traditional lenders often cannot provide.
Having worked on projects ranging from single-family rehabs to large multifamily developments, Matthew combines practical construction knowledge with disciplined underwriting to protect investor capital while helping borrowers grow their businesses.
